Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

All products sold on WellGuidePage.com are digital PDF guides delivered instantly via download link. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.

This is standard practice for all digital goods — similar to how music downloads or e-books work once they have been accessed.


When We Will Issue a Refund

We believe in fairness. We will gladly issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged but never received your download link
  • Your download link was broken or the file could not be opened
  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same product
  • The product you received was significantly different from what was described
  • You contacted us within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed the download

When We Cannot Issue a Refund

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You have already downloaded and accessed the guide
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You felt the content did not match your personal expectations
  • More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake after the download was accessed

Bundles & Multiple Purchases

If you purchased a bundle and have a genuine issue with one of the guides inside it, please contact us. We will review your situation and work to find a fair solution, which may include a partial refund or replacement where appropriate.


Technical Issues

If you are having trouble opening, downloading or accessing your guide, please contact us before requesting a refund. In most cases, technical issues can be resolved quickly, and we are happy to resend your file or provide an alternative download method.

Our guides are delivered as PDF files compatible with all modern devices, including phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers. Free PDF readers are available for all devices if needed.


How to Request a Refund
